In this study, the relationships of the Russian Empire, which has been judged to the Ottoman Empire, which prevails with the Ottoman Empire, which prevailed with the Ottoman Empire, has been studied, and these two power centers are often focused on events and cases that are often forced to fight and sometimes to peace. All these developments between the two states were evaluated on the results, as well as the results of these evaluation and the chronological order of developments were observed.
